DELIVERY AND WARRANTY<\/h3>\n

1. AREA OF DELIVERY<\/h4>\n

Clean4U<\/strong> delivers to all countries of the world. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated when you select the delivery location.<\/p>\n

The price does not include the costs of customs duties and taxes of other countries (outside the EU).<\/p>\n

2. DELIVERY TIME<\/h4>\n

We process all orders received on a working day before 12:00 on the same day, so that in most cases the ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery service on the same day.<\/p>\n

We deliver orders after 12 noon on weekdays (except Fridays) the next day, while orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays are delivered on Mondays.
\nAfter we hand over the goods to the delivery service, we will send you the shipment number to your email address so that you can check its status at the address of the delivery service.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the further speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service.<\/p>\n

For each shipment, the recipient certifies and signs the delivery list upon receipt of the shipment. Pursuant to the provisions of the Obligatory Relations Act, upon verification of the delivery list by the recipient, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in an undamaged condition and after that the carrier is released from any subsequent liability. If the recipient does not exist at the specified address or the address is unknown, the delivery service will try to contact the recipient in order to agree on the exact time and possibly another delivery address.<\/p>\n

In case of impossibility of delivery, the shipment is returned to us. We undertake to deliver your order on time, if you have filled in your information completely accurately and truthfully.<\/p>\n

3. COMPLAINTS<\/h4>\n

In case of complaint, damage during delivery, error in data transfer or any other deficiency, please contact us within two working days of receiving the shipment.<\/p>\n

The user acquires the right to complain if:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the goods were not delivered according to the instructions in the order<\/li>\n
  • the delivered goods do not meet the standards<\/li>\n
  • was damaged during delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
