Personal data is considered to be all data used to determine the customer’s identity (for example, first and last name, e-mail address, residential address, etc.). Krainc auto d.o.o. will not deliver or disclose the customer’s personal data to a third party, except in cases where the law expressly prescribes it and in cases where it is necessary to fulfill obligations. All customer data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.

All employees of Krainc auto d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

We are committed to providing protection to customers’ personal data in such a way that it collects only basic customer data that is necessary for the fulfillment of obligations. Data that are automatically recorded by accessing the website, and are not personal data (types of browsers, number of visits, time spent on the pages, etc.)

Krainc auto d.o.o. has the right to use it exclusively for the purpose of evaluating website traffic and improving its content and functionality.

Clean4U informs customers about how the collected data is used and regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing purposes. In the event of a change in any of the personal data (e.g. place of residence, delivery address) recorded during registration, the customer is obliged to inform Krainc auto d.o.o. about the change. In case of a change of which he was not informed, Krainc auto d.o.o. is not responsible for any defects regarding the order or product delivery.

The above-mentioned provisions on the protection of personal data refer exclusively to the home page of the Clean4U web shop and to all pages within the Clean4U domain, and not to external pages to which links on the Clean4U domain refer, for which pages Clean4U is not responsible or responsible and for which pages Clean4U does not collect and process user data. Except in the case of an electronic order, in other cases Clean4U will not send electronic messages to the customer unless the customer has expressly agreed to it.

1. Basic terms

In terms of these terms of sale, the customer is a natural or legal person who orders or pays for the product delivery service through the Clean4U website. Kačjak 2, 51000 Rijeka Croatia (hereinafter Krainc auto d.o.o.) – Hygienic Toilet Seat Clean4U web shop (hereinafter: web shop). If information about a legal entity is entered in the buyer’s data, then the buyer is considered a legal entity, and the natural person whose data is entered is considered the authorized person of the buyer. Any person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays for the ordered product is considered a customer. The recipient is considered the person to whom the product is delivered, and is different from the person of the customer. According to the Law on Consumer Protection, minors or persons who are completely incapable of doing business cannot make purchases remotely, only their legal representatives can do so.

2. Personal data and business capacity

By accepting these conditions of sale, the customer declares that all the information he has provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business, an authorized credit card user, and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products from Clean4U, i.e. for online purchases shop. Pursuant to the statement on privacy and data security, Clean4U collects only basic data that is necessary to fulfill its obligations.

3. Order and moment of conclusion of the contract

Products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling out the electronic form. The customer can order and purchase the product as a registered or unregistered user. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. Payment for the ordered products can be made in the following ways: by credit card for which Clean4U has an acceptance contract, E-banking, general payment, cash on delivery. The order is considered received: in the case of payment by credit card – at the moment Clean4U receives confirmation of pre-authorization of the customer’s credit card for the amount of the order. In the case of payment by E-banking, general payment and cash on delivery – at the moment when Clean4U receives the order electronically and depending on the possibility of checking the paid invoice. At the moment when the order is received, Clean4U will notify the customer via electronic means in the form of e-mail that the order has been received or that the product has been ordered. In the case of payment by credit card, the contract is considered concluded at the moment when Clean4U receives confirmation of pre-authorization of the customer’s card for the amount of the order and when the warehouseman, when packing the goods, confirms that the ordered product is available in the warehouse. After the product is packed in the warehouse Clean4U will notify the customer electronically in the form of an e-mail that the product has been purchased and that the product has been shipped. In the case of payment by E-banking and general payment, the contract is considered concluded at the moment Clean4U determines that the order amount has been paid. If the ordered product is not available at the warehouse, Clean4U will inform the customer that the product is currently unavailable and the deadline for delivery. The ordered product, depending on whether it is available in the warehouse, is delivered by Clean4U in the shortest possible time. If the product is ordered, and E-banking or general payment is chosen as the payment method, Clean4U undertakes to reserve the product in the warehouse for 3 working days, not including Saturday. After the expiration of 3 working days from the receipt of the order, Clean4U does not guarantee the availability of the product.

4. Method of purchase on the web shop

By selecting each product, details are printed next to it – product name, short description, price, quantity and whether it is available in stock. By selecting an individual product, it is included in the “Basket” menu. The prices displayed on the pages next to individual products are valid for all forms of payment and are expressed with VAT already included. By accessing the “Basket” menu, you get an overview of the selected products, their quantity and price. The product included in the “Basket” is purchased by clicking the “Checkout” button. After pressing the “Checkout” button, you access the order form in which you must enter your personal data. If the buyer’s personal data differs from the recipient’s personal data, the recipient’s data must also be correctly indicated by selecting the specified option. When ordering, next to each product, the postage price will be indicated. The cost of postage is not included in the price of the product. After receiving the data from the order, a notification will be displayed on the screen that the customer’s order has been received, and the customer will receive a special notification about the receipt of the order by electronic means to the specified e-mail address. If payment by E-banking, general payment or card payment is chosen as the form of payment, and Clean4U does not have the ordered product due to lack of goods in the warehouse, the customer will be informed of this within an appropriate period and Clean4U will return the paid funds. . In the case of the above-mentioned payment, the customer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided data, considering that Clean4U will refund the funds in accordance with the provided data.

5. Billing / authorization

All prices are expressed in currency Euro (€), including VAT. In case of payment by e-banking and general payment order, payment costs and/or interbank transactions are not included in the price.

6. The right to terminate the contract

The customer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Article 44 of the Consumer Protection Act. If, for any reason, the delivery was made before receiving the notice of termination of the contract, the customer can terminate the contract by paying the packaging and delivery service in the contractual amount of HRK 200.00 including VAT, and if the delivery costs exceed the agreed amount in the amount of the delivery costs . Immediately after receiving the notice of termination of the contract, Clean4U will inform the customer by e-mail that the delivery has already been made and that he is obliged to pay the contractual costs of packaging and delivery in the amount of HRK 200.00 including VAT, i.e. in the amount of delivery costs if they exceed the amount of HRK 200.00. In the event that the contract is terminated after the product has been delivered, the customer is obliged to return the product undamaged and packed in the original packaging at his own expense. Delivery is considered completed at the moment Clean4U hands over the product to the delivery service. In case of termination of the contract when paying by credit card, the card will not be debited if the above conditions are met. In case of termination of the contract when paying by E-banking and general payment, Clean4U will reduce the amount paid, which it is obliged to return to the customer, by the amount of the order, which refers to the contractual amount of packaging and delivery costs, if the above conditions are met.

7. Product information

Information about products on the web shop is based on the Clean4U database. Product photos are illustrative in nature and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. Krainc auto d.o.o. especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially considering the monitor settings on the customer’s computer, differences in the perception of colors as the customer sees them on the screen, etc. In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and of the delivered product is not a lack of product. Product information (product description, price, etc.) displayed on the Clean4U web shop is subject to bugs, irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. Clean4U web shop reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.

8. Availability products

The subject of the order can only be products for which it is indicated in the order that they are available in the warehouse and products that are not available in the warehouse, but can be delivered within 7 working days, not including Saturday.

9. Delivery

Products can be ordered in all countries of the world, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is carried out via the GLS delivery service. Product packaging is included in the delivery price. Delivery is not included in the price of the product, unless otherwise indicated (indication – free delivery). Clean4U undertakes to deliver the ordered product within 5-7 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Delivery is performed according to the terms of use of the delivery service, and is considered completed at the moment of handing over the product to the delivery service. Verification of the correctness of the order depends on the Customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted. If the product sent to the customer or recipient is returned to Clean4U because the delivery service failed to deliver, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will be offered the following options: that the ordered product, at the customer’s request, e-mail om, re-deliver to the address of the buyer or the recipient, to pick up the ordered product at the Clean4U address with a prior telephone agreement on the pick-up time. If the customer does not respond to the e-mail sent to him within 3 days and chooses one of the offered options, the selected product will be sent to the customer’s address by delivery service. When Clean4U delivers the product to the buyer or recipient via the delivery service, the buyer or recipient is obliged to take over the product by signing the delivery note, thereby confirming that the product has been properly delivered.

10. Product defects

Clean4U is not liable to the customer or recipient for minor scratches on the products that occurred as a result of the delivery of the goods via the delivery service, if the scratches or minor defects do not affect the basic properties and usability of the product. Clean4U is not responsible for the buyer or the recipient if the technical capabilities of the buyer’s or recipient’s equipment are not sufficient for the correct use of the product, as well as if the personal characteristics of the buyer or recipient are not sufficient for the use of the product. In case of defects in the product, the buyer can terminate the contract only if he has previously given the Seller a subsequent appropriate deadline for fulfilling the contract.

11. Returns and complaints

In case of return of goods, the customer is obliged to submit a justified complaint to Clean4U by e-mail, telephone or in writing. The customer has the right to return goods in the following cases: delivery of goods that were not ordered, delivery of goods whose shelf life has expired, delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport. When receiving the goods, checking the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, note it immediately because subsequent complaints will not be accepted.

Platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (Platform for ORS)

Article 14, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) no. 524/2013. on the online resolution of consumer disputes, which has been in effect since January 9, 2016, stipulates the obligation of traders based in the European Union who participate in online sales or service contracts and online markets established in the Union to, in an easily accessible place on their websites provide an electronic link to the Platform for ORS. 

12. Other conditions

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration. Clean4U reserves the right to change these conditions of sale and may change them without prior notice, but undertakes to inform all registered users via the e-mail addresses they entered during registration. Any possible changes will be applied to the use of the Clean4U pages.

13. Application of sales conditions

By using the services of the Clean4U web shop, you accept these terms of sale. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use these pages or order products through them. These websites contain information about the products and services of Krainc auto d.o.o. and serve as an electronic point of sale – web shop. Krainc auto d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of this website and the use of information from this website for purposes that go beyond the scope of their intended purpose.

Krainc auto d.o.o. is the copyright holder of the content and formats of this website. The entire content of the website may not be used without the permission of Krainc auto d.o.o. nor give it to third parties.

15. Final provisions

By accepting these conditions of sale, the buyer agrees to the provisions of these conditions and accepts that they form an integral part of the contract.


Confidentiality of the customer’s data is protected and ensured by the use of SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption (SSL encryption is the k encryption of data to prevent unauthorized access during their transmission). In the mentioned way, secure transfer of information is enabled and unauthorized access to data is prevented during communication between the customer’s computer and the VivaWallet service, and vice versa. The aforementioned service and financial institutions (card houses) exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected against unauthorized access. Credit card numbers are not stored and are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
